You may appear successful on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that aren’t changing.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist I help individuals and couples move beyond what’s unresolved so they can experience greater clarity, emotional balance, and deeper connection in their lives and relationships.
With over 20 years of experience, I provide EMDR therapy, individual therapy, and couples counseling with a clear, focused approach. My style is both calming and affirming, while also direct and results-driven.
We don’t spend months talking in circles. We work intentionally to identify and process what’s beneath the surface so you can experience meaningful, lasting change.
For individuals, this means getting unstuck from past experiences and moving forward with clarity and confidence.
For couples, this means breaking out of negative patterns, improving communication, reducing conflict, and rebuilding a stronger, more connected relationship.
I help individuals and couples get unstuck from the patterns and experiences that continue to impact their lives and relationships—so they can create real, lasting change and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Working with Us
Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
We focus on resolving what’s keeping you stuck—not just managing symptoms. The goal is real movement forward, not temporary relief.
You’ll experience a space that is calming and affirming, while also direct and focused. We work with intention so your time and investment lead to meaningful change.
This is not open-ended therapy. We identify what needs to be addressed and actively work toward resolution so you can feel, function, and connect better.
I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help process past experiences at the root—so change happens at a deeper level.
